Research exercise
An exercise in Systems Dynamics Modelling as part of a post-graduate module hosted by the Sustainability Institute and delivered by Prof. Josephine Musango, a senior researcher at the Centre for Complex Systems in Transitions.

Following the Systems Dynamics modelling process, our group sought to assess the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on student infections on university campuses. The aim was to gain insight into the dynamics of the epidemic and its potential spread on campuses based on different preventative measures deployed in response to the relaxation of the national lockdown.

The images below show various snapshots of the model created using Vensim, as well as some of the results of the simulated model presented as time graphs.
